By utilising our Bailiff Service property owners can remove unwanted persons or squatters from commercial premises, travellers and unwanted persons from private open land and also recover overdue rent that has accrued. We utilise an accredited team of bailiffs that guarantee vacant possession of commercial properties. Process serving, investigation, tracing and asset location is an additional bolt-on service we can provide.

We can provide trace enquiries for business and people, including addresses and assets. Transfer and Enforcement of judgment and possession orders can also be carried out for property owners using our services.
